The last time I was this impressed with a new, young sax player was when I told you to keep an eye on Eric Darius. Now here’s a new name I want you to remember… Vincent Ingala. He’s headed for the same stellar reaches of this genre. He’s only seventeen, hails from Waterbury, CT’s North End, and is absolutely, unequivocally the real deal. Vinnie plays sax as if he’s been doing this for a lifetime, has produced, recorded, and mixed his debut CD NORTH END SOUL, plus played all the other instruments you’ll hear on this project, most notably electric guitar. Bottom line here is that this kid blows me away! NORTH END SOUL can stand with the best of the best out there right now, but don’t take my word for it.
