In 2002 Smoothjazz.com founders Donna K. Phillips and Sandy Shore along with an Australian Shepherd named Basil, travelled northern and central routes across the United States meeting up with some the nations leading smooth jazz radio stations and programmers from coast to coast.
Most of the radio stations are Smoothjazz.comreporting stations; meaning that they report their weekly music playlist to Smoothjazz.com, thus contributing to the complexion of the weekly Smooth Jazz Top-50 Chart which displays the most played new CDs in the format.
Click on the cities listed below to see interviews and photos of the featured stations as they become available. We hope you enjoy what we think is an insightful peak into the diverse minds of North America's Smooth Jazz Radio Programmers.
