Most 3rd Party Streaming Devices use our Tune-In Listings on their Players, so it's best to be very specific with voice commands. 

ALEXA or ECHO : Because our name is SmoothJazz or SmoothLounge is listed as ONE word, saying "Play SmoothJazz.com" confuses voice command devices. Instead say "Play SmoothJazz.com Global KJAZ.DB" or "Play SmoothLounge.com Global KALI.DB" to be 100% sure you are listening to our stations. Unfortunately, "Play SmoothJazz.com" links to the Amazon's Generic SJ Station or a station in Poland called SmoothJazz.com.pl.

BEST PRACTICE : Save our Tune-In listings for SmoothJazz.com Global and SmoothLounge.com Global as a FAVORITE ❤ to get Alexa or Echo to find us in your favorites list.
